The Branch Leader role showcases your passion for people in a leadership capacity, empowering a dynamic team of Customer Advisors to embody our values at the Fountain Gate location.

The ideal candidate will have experience in inspiring and influencing others, preferably in Retail Banking. They should be able to build strong relationships with customers and business owners, partner with local businesses to meet their banking needs, and advocate for community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will lead the overall performance of the branch, drive sales activities, and deliver a consistent and engaging customer experience. They will also manage performance and strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider division.

In addition to the above responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively as a team, and have a keen eye for detail to ensure transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
