Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team at Kempe Engineering's Tasmanian branch. As a Laborer, you will play a critical role in supporting our construction projects, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the disassembly of buildings and site clean-up
  • Perform general laboring tasks, including manual handling and equipment operation
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet production schedule requirements
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and company policies
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Current driver's license
  • Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card) or willingness to attain
  • High risk tickets (Forklift, EWP, etc.) preferred
  • Knowledge of using oxy cutting equipment
  • Hazardous waste removal experience
  • Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical
