About the Role

City Holdings is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team as a Retail Store Technician. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical maintenance services across a cluster of Coles sites in Melbourne's Western Suburbs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative and reactive electrical maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our stores.
  • Work independently to deliver timely outcomes, anticipating and resolving issues to prevent critical breakdowns.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, including store managers and colleagues, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call roster, providing 24/7 support to our stores.
Requirements
  • Trade-qualified A-Grade Electrician with a strong commercial or retail background.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience with multi-site management and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
