Painter Specialist

{"h1": "Painter Position at SoilPro Pty Ltd", "p": "At SoilPro Pty Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Painter to join our manufacturing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of our products by applying paint and coatings to various parts and equipment.

Responsibilities:

* Sandblast and surface prep items for painting
* Mix paint and hardener according to manufacturer specifications
* Apply paint to a range of different parts using various techniques to meet production schedule deadlines
* Conduct quality control of raw materials and your own work
* Ensure all equipment is fully flushed and thoroughly cleaned at the end of each day
* Assist with other non-painting production requirements
* Maintain a safe, presentable, and organized work area

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Ability to work well in a team environment and independently when required
* Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
* Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
* Shows initiative and takes pride in the quality of work
* Proactive problem-solving capabilities
* Current driver's license
