Business Architect - Insurance Domain Expert

Eligibility: Valid work eligibility within Australia

Job Experience: 8 to 13 years

Job Description:

The Business Architect plays a key role in liaising between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that the implementation of solutions aligns with business objectives and requirements. This role involves translating business needs into clear functional requirements and overseeing the architecture and design of insurance platforms using industry-leading technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in insurance domain processes (e.g., P&C Insurance) with at least 5 years of experience in solution implementation.
  • Hands-on experience in Policy, Billing, Claims, and/or Insights modules.
  • Proven experience as a Business Architect or similar role within technology and business domains.
  • Strong knowledge of Author, Rating, Forms, and other platform capabilities.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies such as APIs, web services, and middleware solutions.
  • Proficiency in data modelling, workflow design, and business process analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users and business teams on solution functionalities.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, project reviews, and solution demonstrations.
