Lead Educator Role

We are seeking an experienced educator to join our team as a Lead Educator. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in inspiring young minds and creating engaging learning environments.

As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators and supporting the daily operations of our centre. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of our children and families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education
  • Developing and implementing programs that meet the needs of our children and families
  • Collaborating with our leadership team to achieve centre goals and objectives
  • Providing support and guidance to educators to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards
  • Australian Working Rights
  • Professional and friendly personal presentation
  • Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
  • Team-first attitude and desire to make a difference
