Human Resources Manager

A strategic Human Resources Manager is required to lead the site HR function, partnering with the Site Director and operational leaders to align people strategies with business goals.

  • Develop and execute strategic people initiatives that drive organisational success.
  • Oversee HR operations across the organisation, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-impact solutions to complex workforce challenges.
  • Lead the HR Business Partnering team to deliver consistent, high-quality HR support across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic planning and policy development.
  • Enterprise-wide talent and succession planning.
  • Managing employee relations matters such as investigations, grievances, and misconduct.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR Manager role, ideally within a site-based or industrial operations environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
