Simulated Health Professional

We are seeking Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander individuals to fill the role of Simulated Participant in a simulated setting. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilize your communication skills and provide quality feedback to student health professionals.
About the PositionThe successful candidate will have the ability to act in a culturally appropriate and respectful manner, demonstrating high levels of communication skills and a positive attitude. They will also be expected to perform well in a simulated environment, providing constructive feedback as directed by the tutor.
Key Responsibilities- Culturally Sensitive Performance: Act in a culturally appropriate and respectful manner.
- Simulation Excellence: Demonstrate performance skills to the requirements of the simulation.
- Feedback Provision: Give quality feedback to student health professionals as directed by the tutor.
- Team Building: Show ability to build positive relationships with diverse teams.
Prior experience in simulated settings or as a Simulated Participant is advantageous. A commitment to delivering exceptional results is also essential.
