This role will work within our practice management area of Xero, owning multiple complex and high-priority product areas, including our core enablement and platform capabilities such as public APIs, search, and navigation. You will drive success in new product areas like AI and key commercial partnerships and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead commercial partnership opportunities and integrations to drive growth and innovation.
- Develop and execute a coherent product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coach team members and elevate product management capability and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and product marketing teams to bring new products to market.
You will have a strong understanding of AI products and experience in product management, B2B partnerships, and strategic commercial mindsets. With a proven track record of solving complex customer, commercial, and technical problems, you will be well-equipped to lead and motivate a team of product managers.
