As a key member of our credit risk management team, you will play a critical role in providing timely, accurate, and insightful analysis to support business decisions and objectives.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering actionable insights to support business decisions and objectives. This will include:
Portfolio and Loan Book credit performance analysis
Originations and Settlements analysis
Hardships analysis
Rolls and Cures (Collections / Hardships) analysis
Arrears performance analysis
Timely delivery of key metrics and commentary on portfolio performance and risk profiles across commercial SME asset finance products
Deliver analytical insights from account performance to support business decisions regarding performance and policy development
Timely identification of trends and insights to support Head of Credit Risk & Portfolio insights
Critically evaluate information gathering from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts by investigating source data and incorporating in analysis and findings
Providing insightful information to aid in decision making and improve efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with a business or mathematical focus
Working toward further study that includes analytics is highly desirable
At least 5 years in a similar role
Demonstrated knowledge of Financial Services / Banking – specifically business lending highly desired
Strong understanding of the key performance drivers and external factors that impact Credit Risk Performance metrics
Excellent presentation and communication skills – verbal and written
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft365 applications (high level of proficiency with excel and Power Point)
PowerBI experience is highly desirable
