Job Title: Sports Development Manager

This role focuses on promoting cricket within clubs, competitions, and schools with an emphasis on Cricket Blast and female participation. As a key figure in the organization's sports development strategy, you will lead initiatives to grow the game across the Wide Bay region.

The ideal candidate has passion and energy to engage diverse people daily, ability to positively influence and build strong relationships, commitment to creating an inclusive environment for players of all ages, genders, and backgrounds, strong administration and organization skills, independence to work autonomously, and flexibility to travel as needed.

  • Drive participation across all levels of the Australian Cricket Pathway.">
  • Introduce new programs to attract the next generation of players.">
  • Support, inspire, and coordinate volunteers and casual staff bringing cricket to life in the region.">
