Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a variety of employment law cases from start to finish
  • Collaborate with a team of highly experienced legal professionals
  • Deliver outstanding client service with a focus on positive outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and growth of the Employment Law practice in Queensland
  • Achieve billable targets of 4.5hrs-5.5hrs
  • Mentor junior staff members

Key Requirements:

  • Senior, Mid-level, and Junior employment lawyers with relevant experience (3+ Years PAE in Employment Law from a reputable firm required)
  • Current QLD Practising Certificate
  • Strong technical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for employment law and a client-focused approach
  • Ambition to advance your career with a leading and expanding firm
