Disability Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities in a community-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing community access and supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives.
  • Assisting with personal care, mobility, and communication needs.
  • Working collaboratively with the support team to achieve individual goals and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Certification in Disability or Aged Care Services (Cert III, IV) or Individual Support.
  • A valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
  • Comprehensive car insurance.
  • A national/international police check.
  • A working with children check.
  • NDIS screening check.
  • A first aid certificate (including resuscitation).
  • An introduction to the NDIS training module certificate.
