
APAC Sales Performance Manager

**Job Summary:**
This role leads the design, implementation, and analysis of sales incentive programs across APAC. The ideal candidate will have experience in Sales Incentives and Compensation management roles.
Responsibilities include:
- Design, model, and deploy incentive compensation plans aligned to business strategies.
- Measure, analyze, and report seller performance and quota attainment.
- Investigate data errors or anomalies and develop recommended solutions.
- Manage headcount distribution and role effectiveness across APAC.
- Serve as primary advisor to regional sales leaders on incentive best practices.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Incentives and Compensation management roles.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end incentive design and compensation analysis across multiple countries.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
