About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at Marsh. As a key member of our Allied Health team, you will play a critical role in helping clients return to work and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify barriers to return to work
  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans to achieve safe and sustainable recovery
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our services through our Centres of Excellence
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Chiropractor, or Osteopath (post 2016)
  • Registration or ability to acquire registration with AHPRA or ESSA accreditation (AEP)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
