About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at APM. As a key member of our injury management team, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries at work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement holistic rehabilitation plans to support clients in returning to work or achieving their career goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and support for clients.
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored rehabilitation strategies.
  • Work closely with clients to build trust and establish effective working relationships.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust rehabilitation plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
