At RDO Equipment Australia, we are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Parts Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Lismore. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has previously worked in a workshop or dealership environment in parts or stores.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to retail customers and workshop employees
  • Preparing and ordering equipment parts
  • Maintaining high merchandising standards
  • Performing inventory control and stock takes

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in parts interpretation or a related field
  • Maturity, positivity, and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate MS Office skills and the ability to become proficient in equipment parts software

A knowledge of agricultural machinery is highly advantageous but not essential.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including:
