Job Description:

Due to a sustained period of growth, our client, a leading International Freight Forwarder, is seeking an experienced Export Air Operator to join their team. The company is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of airfreight operations, with a primary focus on exports, including dangerous goods and perishables.
  • Register shipments and coordinate all relevant paperwork.
  • Prepare export documentation, including invoices, and ensure security arrangements and procedures are met.
  • Track and update flight arrivals and departures, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Liaise with airlines, service providers, and clients to ensure seamless logistics operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in using CargoWise and other industry-related software.
  • Strong knowledge of export air freight operations and security regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook.
