Solar Services Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Services Contracts Manager to join our team in Melbourne or Adelaide. As a key member of our Solar team, you will be responsible for managing Solar Services Contracts (LTSA), administrative tasks, supply chain, cost control, resources, escalations, and provisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Manager for Australia, with potential additional support in other APAC regions on a project-by-project basis
  • Monitor project plans, work hours, budgets, resources, and cases
  • AUS Services coordination and management, including vendor creation, GR, and vendor management for projects
  • Follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Ensure service deadlines are met and determine project changes
  • Maintain MRP system for Australian contracts
  • Assess project risks and highlight challenges to the leadership team
  • Serve as a Cost controller for projects
Requirements:
  • Engineering, Business, or Finance degree
  • Experience managing EPC contracts
  • Project Management Certificate preferred
  • Previous project management experience and proficiency in ERP systems
  • Service business excellence knowledge highly desirable
  • Willingness to work closely with Global counterparts
  • Travel requirements: 10%
