As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts required by various departments, including procurement, sales, and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain and update contract records and documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor contract execution to identify potential risks and issues.
  • Extract and present statistical data about concluded contracts to senior management.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure contract terms are understood and adhered to.
  • Facilitate communication between the company and clients to address contract-related queries and issues.
  • Manage contract renewals, amendments, terminations, and extensions.
  • Prepare reports on contract status, risks, and issues for senior management.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues on contract management processes and best practices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and legal requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English and Persian.
