Job Opportunity

The role of a Procurement Manager is critical in driving contract and procurement activities across the organisation.

  • Oversee the execution of tender and contract management process, including developing commercial terms, tender documentation, evaluation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Support contract holders in contract management and transition strategies.
  • Manage contract performance, amendments, and closure processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and enhance procurement systems, including the Contractor Payment Authorisation System, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in purchasing systems and vendor performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive experience in contract drafting and negotiation, including contract clauses.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of tenders and contracts in a complex environment.
  • Understanding of effective procurement systems and practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Formal qualifications in contract management or purchasing will be highly regarded.
