We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated junior real estate professional to join our team. As a junior inspector, you will be responsible for conducting home opens, property inspections, and property condition reports.

**Job Description:**

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to conduct home opens for sale and rent, perform property inspections, and prepare property condition reports.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct thorough home opens for sale and rent
  • Perform detailed property inspections
  • Prepare accurate property condition reports

As you gain experience, you will have opportunities to work on other aspects of real estate, including appraisals, marketing, court attendance, maintenance, project management, and more. We offer training courses and licenses to help you grow in your career.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Covid double vaccinated
  • Driver's license
  • Good working car
  • Australian citizen living within 10km of Balga
  • Ability to work Saturdays
  • Police clearance

**Benefits:**

  • $23/hour plus superannuation
