Job Description

The role of an Enrolled Nurse involves working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, delivering high-quality patient care in various healthcare settings.

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans that cater to patients' diverse needs.
  • Implement nursing interventions and provide education to patients and families, promoting healthy behaviors.
  • Monitor patients' conditions, administer medications, and perform necessary treatments as per established protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to coordinate patient care and services.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to clinical guidelines to ensure seamless care delivery.

Enrolled Nurses play a vital role in maintaining patients' well-being and promoting positive health outcomes. This position requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based patient care in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans that cater to patients' unique needs.

Qualifications:

  • Completed Diploma or Certificate IV in Nursing (or equivalent qualification).
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
