In-House Legal Professional

In-house legal professionals with 3-6+ years of PQE across procurement/commercial and/or technology matters will provide business support for all legal and compliance aspects.
This role suits lawyers who can offer commercially focused legal support to the General Counsel & Company Secretary and various business units. Responsibilities include:
- Providing legally sound commercial advice on contracts for services, including technology services and software as a service products
- Negotiating procurement contracts and tenders
- Assisting with the implementation and installation of products
- Advising on legal, regulatory, and compliance issues related to service delivery, SaaS products, privacy, and data
The ideal candidate will have experience in law and a strong understanding of procurement, technology, and construction principles.
Requirements
We seek individuals with a strong background in law and a deep understanding of procurement, technology, and construction principles.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3-6 years of PQE across procurement/commercial and/or technology matters
- Excellent knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance issues related to service delivery, SaaS products, privacy, and data
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to provide commercially focused legal support
The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
