About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Therapy Assistant to provide adult support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver interventions under the direction of allied health professionals in client's homes, at a community gym, and in local areas.
  • Support individual and group exercise programs led by an Exercise Physiologist.
  • Prepare for and tidy up after activities, ensuring safe operations.
  • Maintain accurate client records using our management system.
  • Assist with producing resources, including researching options, printing, laminating, and cleaning equipment.
  • Contribute to process improvements and take on other duties as directed.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a genuine passion for supporting adults with disabilities.
  • To succeed, you'll need previous experience in the disability sector or a similar environment. You should also have experience working in a gym setting, strong organizational skills, flexibility, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
