Senior Project Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of high-quality property consultancy services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost management and quantity surveying, with excellent communication and analytical skills. You will be responsible for overseeing cost planning, estimation, and ongoing cost management for various property and infrastructure projects.

You will also prepare accurate cost reports, tender documentation, and financial analyses to support decision-making and project delivery. In addition, you will conduct financial feasibility studies and value engineering to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience working as a client-side Quantity Surveyor in Australia. You will also possess strong knowledge of CostX and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
