A part of the European based Assystem Group, LogiKal are a leading Asia Pacific consultancy in PMO, Project Controls, Data Analytics and Digital Solutions. We are a multi-award winning business with experts and specialists with a focus on portfolios, programmes and projects.

Our team works across our offices in Australia and Hong Kong and as part of the Assystem Group we have strong ties to Europe as well. We are big enough to deliver for clients of any scope and size, but small enough to give an agile and people-focused service.

Having advised and supported many of the world's largest and most complex capital portfolios, programmes and projects, we help our clients leverage performance management systems to enable more efficient and successful delivery outcomes for portfolios, programmes and projects. We compete with and complement big brand consultancies, whilst being one of few, able to leverage and deliver on the ground experience as part of our offering.

We are looking for driven, adaptable Project Controls Consultants who have excellent stakeholder engagement skills to join our team.

Life as a LogiKal Consultant:

  • The ability to work across multiple sectors and on multiple projects, to increase your experience and capability over time
  • Develop and maintain project schedules/cost controls/risk management/reporting
  • Perform analysis and interrogation on schedules/cost
  • Develop Project Controls systems and train clients in the use of the reports
  • Maintain project reporting requirements
  • Ensure that performance is both positive and proactive and that you provide a high impact service – we fix problems quickly, without fuss
  • Support clients and offer further LogiKal support wherever they need it in the delivery of their project

Business Development

  • Actively identifying opportunities that will help develop LogiKal's network & services
  • Attending / participating in LogiKal knowledge sharing & networking events
  • Providing market research to sector leads

LogiKal Spirit

  • Participating in team meetings & internal social events
  • Embodying LogiKal values
  • Enrolling on internal training courses and taking an active role in your professional development – help us help you

Must Haves:

  • 5+ years project experience
  • Good understanding of the benefits and application of project planning and project controls
  • High level of IT skills and experience using planning/cost/risk software e.g. Primavera P6, Prism, ARM
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Reliable and adaptable to change
  • Displays a positive can-do attitude and behaviour

Good to have:

  • Experience working for a consultancy
