Homecare Physiotherapist Graduate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Graduate Physiotherapist to join our Homecare team.

In this role, you will conduct assessments and provide interventions to patients in their own homes, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support.

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective patient care
  • Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule without being tied to an office, allowing you to work efficiently and effectively. Your varied caseload will include NDIS, workers' compensation, and veterans' affairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting assessments and providing interventions to patients in their own home
  • Engaging with other Allied Health Professionals, GP's, and other Healthcare Professionals to provide effective patient care
  • Writing reports which meet the standards of funding bodies such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare, and HCP Providers
