
Physiotherapist - Lifecare Homecare Graduate Program

Lifecare Homecare provides allied health services to clients in their homes. We are seeking a Graduate Physiotherapist to join our Homecare team.
You will receive on-the-job support, including buddy days with other therapists and supervision by our clinical leaders, and with on-the-job feedback, you will have the freedom to manage your schedule without being bound to an office. Your varied caseload will include NDIS, workers compensation and veterans' affairs.
Every day will look different at Lifecare Homecare... but as a Graduate Physiotherapist, you will be:
- Conducting assessments and providing interventions to patients and clients in their own home
- Engaging with other Allied Health Professionals, GP's and other Health Care Professionals to provide effective patient care
- Writing reports such as initial reports, progress and final reports and treatment management plans which meet the standards of funding bodies such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare and HCP Providers
- Creating and maintaining effective relationships with Case Managers, GP's, community centres and other referrers

We Require You To Have
- A degree in Physiotherapy
- Full registration with AHPRA, upon graduating
- Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in early 2026
- A pre-employment national criminal check, prior to employment
- A valid Working with Children clearance (this is a NDIS requirement, this job does not involve a paedeatric caseload)
- A NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
- Full Australian working rights
- A full drivers' license, your own vehicle and comprehensive insurance
