What You'll Be Doing In This Role

You will be working as a qualified educator, providing quality education and care to children to help support and facilitate their learning outcomes.

Your Work May Include:

  • Developing positive relationships with children, their families and community.
  • Facilitating play-based learning environments that are responsive to children's interests, strengths and abilities.
  • Documenting children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is passionate about working with children of all ages. You'll need to have completed a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, preferably with previous on-the-job experience. You should also be adaptable, empathetic and resourceful, able to live our values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative and bold.
