About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ICT Systems Manager to lead and manage the delivery of IM/ICT systems, including development, maintenance, change, and incident management, for Health Information Technology-related programs/projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stakeholders, delivering project outcomes, and communicating effectively across complex and diverse clinical and non-clinical groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the installation and configuration of software, hardware, and equipment, testing to ensure quality in a large-scale IM/ICT organization.
  • Build, document, and implement technical solutions within best practice IM/ICT design and delivery frameworks for large-scale complex organizations.
  • Develop high-level communication skills to interact effectively with staff at all levels, including those external to the organization.
  • Demonstrate technical expertise in managing, configuring, monitoring, and designing medium to large enterprise ICT environments, including knowledge of LANs, WANs, Networking, Mobility, and Cloud-based services.
Requirements:

A relevant qualification in ICT or relevant industry experience is highly regarded.
