Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet guests, taking the time to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Take orders and deliver service with a smile, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.
  • Make recommendations and promote specials, showcasing our menu and drinks offerings.
  • Manage your section, ensuring that it is well-maintained and stocked, and that every guest has a positive experience.
  • Ensure the highest cleaning and presentation standards are maintained, with a well-prepared mise en place.
Requirements:
  • Current and valid RSA in South Australia.
  • Previous experience working in a quality establishment is desired, but not essential.
  • Proven excellent customer service skills, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development, with a desire to learn and grow with our team.
  • Immaculate grooming and presentation, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Current and valid Australian working rights, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
