Health Services Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Services Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff and systems, monitoring billing and financial processes, and facilitating high levels of billable hours while supporting clinicians to deliver excellence in service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in managing front desk teams, diary optimization, process improvement, and day-to-day communications. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage the front desk team to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Optimize diary scheduling and oversee daily operations.
- Streamline processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate day-to-day communications with all staff.
- Oversight of intake and administrative processes and systems.
- Effective complaints handling and customer service improvements.
