Tennis Event Coordinator

About the Role
The Events and Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and assisting with all events for Tennis Australia. This includes coordinating all elements of the events, ensuring there are strong planning documents in place to ensure smooth delivery for all activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and execute all events for Tennis Australia in line with national and Tennis Australia goals
- Coordinate and manage an annual event calendar with internal teams for seamless delivery
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Partnerships Team to create event-specific collateral for sales proposals, government submissions, and other stakeholder documentation
- Assist in the management of key stakeholder relationships and relevant associated documentation
- Support in securing and maintaining strategic partnerships and sponsorships critical to Tennis Australia's success
Requirements
- Exceptional event planning capabilities, offering comprehensive solutions from trackers to contracts, and ensuring effective end-to-end solutions
- Excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills in both one-on-one & group settings
- A creative and collaborative sales approach with a strong ability to negotiate and navigate complexities
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
