About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Co-worker to join our team at IKEA. As a Sales Co-worker, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on IKEA products and services.
  • Actively participate in selling products and contribute to business goals and growth.
  • Support customers with their home furnishing design process using the IKEA 3D rendering software.
  • Follow up with customers after initial planning appointments to discuss their designs, answer questions, and address any concerns.
  • Ensure that the sales area is stocked, presentable, and correctly priced.
  • Build strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Possess a passion for learning and sharing the IKEA product range with customers.
  • Have a 'Togetherness' mindset and be able to work closely with your team and other departments.
  • Be calm and confident with strong communication and customer skills.
  • Be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and manage your own tasks.
  • Have proficient computer skills and an ability to learn about all technical aspects of the IKEA product range and systems.
  • Have a safety mindset and be comfortable with physical work and manual handling.
