Job Title: Virtual Account Manager

HP Australia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Account Manager to join our team. As a Virtual Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, and closing new and existing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and advance the sales process through effective articulation of the value proposition associated with HP's products and services.
  • Closing new and existing business opportunities through targeted phone campaigns and cold call prospecting.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for customers across opportunities, closing deals, and managing customer relationships and escalations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business units in HP to provide deliverables in pricing and solutions that meet customer needs.
Requirements:
  • University/Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven Virtual Account Manager sales experience in the IT industry.
  • Knowledge of the market, current IT challenges, competitor behavior, and strategy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external contacts.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellence in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and experience in using Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM tool.
