Accounting Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled accounting professional to manage trust accounting matters across our portfolios.

About the Position:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in trust accounting, particularly with Property Management and Sales
  • Responsibilities include managing end-of-month and mid-month processing, reconciling and maintaining trust accounts, and overseeing trust accounting operations

Key Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in trust accounting (residential or commercial)
  • Solid knowledge of accounting software, preferably Property Tree
  • An eye for accuracy, compliance, and best practice in financial management
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
