About the Organization
We are a prominent global healthcare provider, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and care through our products to hospitals, physicians, and clinics.
Key Responsibilities
- Category Strategy Formulation: Create and uphold category strategies that are in harmony with organizational goals and operational needs.
- Strategic Sourcing Leadership: Oversee and execute strategic sourcing endeavors, including negotiations, tender assessments, and critical initiatives from inception to contract finalization and implementation, with a focus on change management.
- Cost Efficiency Initiatives: Recognize and implement strategies and enhancements that yield cost reductions, operational efficiencies, and improved sustainability throughout the organization.
- Supplier Relationship Development: Establish comprehensive Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) frameworks across all clinical capital expenditure categories and suppliers. Proactively identify and address supplier-related risks while ensuring adherence to ESG standards.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor, assess, and report on procurement and supplier performance within each category. Deliver detailed reports on cost savings and process enhancements through dashboards and regular updates.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Foster a cooperative engagement model with internal stakeholders, procurement teams, and supplier representatives to achieve timely and commercially advantageous results.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated results-driven approach with a track record of transforming opportunities into cost efficiencies.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, possessing strong business insight, analytical capabilities, and commercial acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking abilities.
- Prior experience in medical equipment procurement.
- Proficient in drafting contract terms and conditions, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for capital equipment.
- Solid grasp of procurement methodologies, category management, and supplier relationship management.
- Strong commercial insight and project management proficiency.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with SAP systems.
