Procurement Category Lead Role

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a skilled Procurement Category Lead to drive impactful procurement strategies for Sugar, Other Ingredients, and Co-Manufacturing. Reporting to the Regional Head of Procurement – Ingredients, you'll lead cross-functional collaboration, manage supplier partnerships, and mentor a Procurement Category Manager.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute category strategies that optimize procurement for Sugar, Other Ingredients, and Co-Manufacturing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders through negotiation and effective communication.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and sustainability outcomes across the supply chain.
  • Develop and coach your team to foster growth and ensure high performance.

  • Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, negotiation, and project management, creating value that resonates across regions.

  • A commitment to sustainability and efficiency, with a focus on smart, cost-effective solutions.
  • Exposure to global markets is a plus, along with flexibility for varying time zones and working hours as the role operates across multiple regions.
