**About Us**

We are a leading provider of end-to-end solutions for major projects and growth-driven initiatives.

Our team is responsible for arranging the safest, most cost-effective, and efficient transport of equipment for various clients. This involves sourcing transport services for delivery and pickup of equipment, scheduling daily deliveries in our transport management software using both our drivers and contractor drivers, liaising with Fleet and Operations departments to ensure timely delivery and pickup of equipment, analyzing activity and suggesting improvement opportunities, and ensuring the safety of our team and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Source transport services for delivery and pickup of equipment
  • Schedule daily deliveries in our transport management software
  • Liaise with Fleet and Operations departments
  • Analyze activity and suggest improvement opportunities

**Requirements**

  • Previous transport/fleet/logistics experience
  • Effective time management and attention to detail
  • Troubleshooting, diagnostic, and preventative maintenance skills
  • Previous experience in processing and payment of invoices
  • Strong Excel skills and an analytical mindset
