Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate, flexible roster patterns available, and part-time and casual opportunities. You will also receive a $2000 bonus payment after meeting eligibility requirements.
Job Description
This role is a clinical support position that involves advising and supporting care delivery by care staff. You will work closely with management and clinical teams, educating and mentoring in clinical areas and processes, and consulting on case management and clinical decision making. You will have the opportunity to implement and support a resident comfort focus and roll out of LeeCare, our latest electronic clinical management platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have current AHPRA registration with ideally 2-3 years experience in an Aged Care setting. You should value teamwork but also be able to work independently and show initiative. You should have knowledge and experience of people living with Dementia and their needs, as well as a genuine passion for serving elderly people and making a difference in their lives. Strong admin and computer skills are also essential.
