A unique chance exists for a Senior Associate to join our Financial Lines and Health division in Melbourne.
The PositionThis role offers diverse financial lines and health work from various clients. Financial lines matters involve defending claims brought against directors, officers and companies, while health law matters provide opportunities for involvement acting for hospitals, clinics, medical professionals and other healthcare providers.
Main Responsibilities- Defending claims in financial lines matters;
- Acting for hospitals, clinics and medical professionals in health law matters;
- Building Strong Client Relationships with a focus on client service;
- Effective communication skills; and
- Collaborative and pragmatic approach.
- Experience as a Senior Associate in financial lines;
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and claims handling in insurance and health sectors;
- Admission to practice in relevant jurisdiction.
