The role of the Enrolled Nurse involves providing high-quality care to patients in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. This position requires the nurse to work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and maintain a patient-centered approach.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- A current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and their families through written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve conflicts by managing own emotional responses and interacting with others in a professional manner.
- Participation in ongoing professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancing skills.
- Knowledge of and ability to apply a person-centered approach to nursing, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Recent clinical experience relevant to the position, with evidence of participation in quality improvement initiatives.
