Job Title

Information Technology Operations Manager

This is a pivotal role overseeing the smooth operation of ICT infrastructure and services. The ICT Operations Manager maintains high service quality, minimizes system downtime, and supports business objectives through efficient IT management and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion customer service standards for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align ICT initiatives with operational goals.
  • Contribute to ITIL-aligned service management processes.
  • Deliver technical support and contribute specialist knowledge to assigned tasks.
  • Oversee daily operations of the IT department, ensuring availability, functionality, security, and backup integrity across all systems.
  • Manage ICT vendor relationships, contracts, and enforce service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify, assess, and manage ICT-related operational risks.
  • Contribute to development and maintenance of department policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and organizational policies.
  • Support business continuity and disaster recovery efforts for all IT systems.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering customer service.
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
  • Experience working in an ITIL aligned environment.
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary ICT teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to develop a high-performing IT team.
  • Experience managing third-party IT vendors and enforcing SLAs.
  • Ability to develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Strong incident management skills and track record of meeting SLA benchmarks.
