As part of Madison Group Enterprises, Madison Express is a leading distributor of high-quality cable, connectivity, and a range of Madison Group products, primarily serving the electrical wholesale market. Their products are vital to Australia's infrastructure, supporting projects like Cross River Rail, hospitals, and luxury resorts.

About the Role
The Head of Technical, Cable & Supply will lead the development and technical integrity of Madison Express' cabling and connectivity products. Reporting to the General Manager, this role requires technical expertise and commercial acumen to ensure products are compliant, competitive, and profitable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading product strategy, lifecycle management, and market positioning
  • Ensuring technical compliance and product integrity
  • Managing vendor relationships to support growth and efficiency
  • Providing training and technical support to teams and customers
  • Launching new products and marketing initiatives
About You
You are an experienced leader with a background in the cable and connectivity industry, combining technical knowledge with commercial insight. You can influence stakeholders, ensure compliance, and identify growth opportunities.

Key skills and experience:
  • Extensive product management experience in the cable/connectivity industry
  • Qualifications in engineering, technical, or business disciplines
  • Understanding of cable applications, standards, and compliance
  • Ability to align technical expertise with growth objectives
  • Vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Willingness to travel as required
