Compliance Lead

We are seeking a Compliance Lead to drive our compliance strategy and ensure regulatory excellence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive compliance framework, aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate enterprise legal, regulatory, and privacy compliance risks.
  • Shape and advise the business on regulatory and legal compliance initiatives.
  • Implement, maintain, and deliver a robust enterprise compliance framework and strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in law, Jurisprudence, Business, or related fields.
  • 8-10+ years' experience in similar roles within an international organisation.
  • Experience in compliance leadership, including completing enterprise-wide legal & regulatory compliance risk assessments.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of international regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence and ensure timely decision-making that supports organisational goals.
