Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our growing and varied customer base.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong commercial understanding, and the ability to interact at various organisational levels including customers, staff and senior management. They will also have experience in sales, customer support or related field and proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, invoices and sales orders
  • Review information on estimates and invoices with customer service managers
  • Complete costing analysis and calculate profit margins
  • Provide assistance and support to manager of customer service and customer service managers
  • Prepare and review complex engine information with customer service managers
  • Coordinate all customer support activities in relation to piece part sales, exchanges and component repairs
  • Answer incoming calls and provide front line support
  • Coordinate information with engine shop personnel when necessary
  • Capture and report on department data and KPI's as required
Requirements:
  • A strong commercial understanding and basic accounting techniques
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with excellent communication and people skills
  • Experience in aerospace industry and aircraft engine exposure and knowledge is desirable
  • Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
