About the Position:

We are currently seeking patient and customer service-oriented individuals to support our residents in meeting their daily living needs. This role requires a high level of empathy and the ability to work effectively with our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily tasks, including personal care and mobility aids.
  • Support residents in maintaining their independence by assisting with activities of interest.
  • Document resident information accurately and report relevant information to the nursing team.
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues, demonstrating respect and kindness.
  • Assist with medication administration in accordance with Juniper policies.

Key Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care - desirable.
  • Experience working in an aged care setting.
  • Ability to work effectively with elderly residents and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of cognitive strategies and social interaction.
