Poultry Farm Worker Job Description

  • This is a physically demanding role, requiring the ability to lift and move heavy objects as well as work in all weather conditions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:Bio-Security and Animal Welfare Standards

We take bio-security and animal welfare very seriously at our farms. All employees must adhere to strict standards to ensure the health and safety of both humans and animals.

  • Meeting bio-security requirements
  • Tolerance to working in a poultry environment, which can be dusty, noisy and smelly

A full driver's license and access to reliable transport are essential for this role.
