Lead Veterinary Client Services Manager

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Veterinary Client Services Manager to lead our front-of-house team and work with our clinical teams to provide exceptional service to both pet owners and referring vets.

This is a full-time, on-site role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting, and be proficient in IT with familiarity with EzyVet practice management software an advantage.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the front-of-house team, developing new protocols and systems, improving existing protocols, recruiting, rostering, training and supporting front-of-house staff, coordinating communication between pet owners, referring veterinarians, and MASH clinical team members, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence/emails, and managing financial systems including insurance claims and basic bookkeeping/financial reconciliation.

The position also involves contributing to hospital strategic and marketing policy, requiring strong organisational skills and attention to detail whilst maintaining high levels of efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Previous leadership experience, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting.
